We are a thriving and welcoming community that comes together
for Shabbat, High Holy days and other festivals throughout the
year as well as for a variety of social and educational events.
The synagogue was founded in 1990 by three local families and
has developed into a dynamic, sociable, child friendly
community. Our flourishing Cheder teaches Jewish Studies and
Hebrew to over 50 children in an environment that is both
informative and fun.
We also offer a two year modular GCSE course in Jewish Studies.
Rabbi Rafi Kaiserblueth became our new, full time Rabbi in
Summer 2010.
In addition to religious services, we offer
a diverse
Adult Education programme,
regular social events, including SAMS Ambles for walkers, family
fun days, fund raising quizzes and our annual Community Seder.
